Refund policy

We fully believe you will fall in love with our products from the start! That being said however, if you should not be happy with your SoChok Skinlove products for ANY reason, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee.  Should the 30 days expire, unfortunately we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.  

If you wish to return any of your products and receive a refund, please email info@sochokskinlove.com within 30 days of receipt of your items.  Items should be returned via Registered mail, at your expense.  

Exchanges:
SoChok products are only replaceable if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.  Please contact info@sochokskinlove.com with any questions related to this.  You may be required to submit documentation to SoChok, and replacement may be denied in SoChok’s sole discretion.
